Gerardo helps wrongfully-terminated employees of all backgrounds assert their claims in state, federal, and arbitration venues. He practices client-centered counseling, and firmly believes that "a lawyer-client relationship founded on mutual trust and candor increases the likelihood that the relationship will render a just and fair result, from both the client's and society's perspective."
As a litigator, Gerardo takes every opportunity to advance his clients' cases, via motion, discovery, and independent investigation. Gerardo's professionalism and approachable demeanor allows him to communicate well with clients, witnesses, other counsel, and adjudicators at all levels. He takes pride in aggressively and efficiently prosecuting his clients' interests.
Gerardo views legal practice as praxis, and is experienced in employment litigation, including but not limited to claims involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage-and-hour violations.
Gerardo is a native Spanish speaker. During his free time, Gerardo enjoys building computers, drinking tea, and trying new foods with his wife.
